Despite being an army of one with a very small budget and no staff, Eric will show how even with limited resources, you can still reach your goals if you have a clear purpose, strategy, passion, and leadership support!

Eric Airola
Sr. Manager, Military & Veteran Relations @J.B. Hunt Transport
Eric Airola leads Military & Veteran Relations for J.B. Hunt Transport. In this role that is new to J.B. Hunt, Eric works closely with business leadership and other stakeholders to develop and manage the military talent acquisition strategy, military transition programs, and veteran recognition and support programs. Additionally, he represents J.B. Hunt in community relations and other functions that serve to build and enhance brand equity. Prior to this assignment, Eric was responsible for non-driver Talent Acquisition, and during his time in Human Resources he has been Director of Benefits, and of Training & Development. Eric began his career as part of J.B. Hunt’s Manager Training Program and was the first manager trainee recruited directly from the military. Eric joined J.B. Hunt following six years as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps.
